Official Description
The Rose Derby Horse is an exclusive horse that appeared in the 2017 Derby event. A tier 1 version of this horse was able to be bought for a limited time during this event, costing $14.99 in the Kentucky Derby Pack, which also included a Derby point multiplier.

How to Breed
This horse only appears during an exclusive event and as such it cannot be bred normally. In order to get one you would have to pay for the Kentucky Derby pack or find a pair from the same breed.
You cannot breed a Rose Derby Horse with other horses, in order to get the higher tiers you would need another Rose Derby Horse or an Azure Derby Horse.
