Introduced with the 2019 New Year Event. If you purchased the pack ($14,99) you also got the tack set. The horse was also the Top 30 prize for the New Year racing event.

Re-released with 2020 New Year Carnival, the horse could be obtained for 7000 event points (each gender available). The tack set could be obtained for: Saddle 500 points, Bridle/Mask 300 points (you could unlock 4 sets).
