In addition to the Mine on the Germany ranch, the Mini-Mine becomes available at Player Level 23. It must be unlocked with Diamonds . Tip: Both Mines are incredibly useful when trying to collect Common Jewels needed for unlocking Tier 4 certificates !
Unlike the Mine, you don’t need to drag tools, or pay to begin your dig – just tap the mini-mine, then tap the shovel icon and wait! (the wait can be skipped with Diamonds, as always)
The Mini-Mine has a super cool "secret" ! Once you start upgrading the levels, along with the treasure reward, there’s a chance of a bonus diamond drop! The drop rate for diamonds increases with each level upgrade (Level 5 Mini-Mine has 35% bonus diamond drop rate). The bonus diamond drop is 5 
in addition to the regular reward of 1 Common Jewel or Coins. Pretty sweet deal for a little patience!
