Here is a brief overview of the currencies used and found in Horse Haven: World Adventures. There are 4 permanent currencies:

Coins Coin-Icon

Main article: Coins

Coins are the basic currency and are necessary to: purchase/unlock base level buildings, grow food crops and pay fees to breed horses. You can also use it purchase some decorations and tack items. They are earned in-game several ways. Additionally, they can be purchased with real-world money.

Diamonds Diamond

Main article: Diamonds

Diamonds are more valuable than coins and are required for several important in-game upgrades. They can also be used to: skip wait timers or increase Wheel of Fortune outcomes. Some ways to earn them in-game include: selling most breeds over Level 10, daily login reward, fulfilling Horse Wrangler requests, and from the Mines in Germany. They can be purchased with real-world money. 

Common Jewels Jewels

Main article: Common Jewels

There are 4 Common Jewels (in order of least-to-most valuable): Pearls Pearl, Rubies Ruby, Emeralds Emerald, and Sapphires Sapphire. They are the only way to unlock Tier 4 certificates from the Purebreeders Society! In-game, you get jewels from: the Horse Wrangler, completing upgrade quests, the Germany Mines, and as a special milestone reward during some Steeplechase Skill Events. They can also be purchased with Diamonds.

Dream Jewels Dream jewels small

Main article: Dream Jewels

There are 3 Dream Jewels (in order of least-to-most valuable): Aquamarine Aquamarine, Opal Opal, Moonstone Moonstone. Dream Jewels are the newest currency and are used to spin the Fantasy Wheel. They are gotten from the Horse Wrangler requests, the Cloud Race, and as a possible milestone reward during Steeplechase Skill Events. They can also be purchased with Diamonds.

Special Quests Token Special-quest token

Special Quest points or tokens can be earned every day from completing up to 3 quest tasks. These points can be exchanged for hard-to-find horses or various in-game boosts!

Show Coins in Dressage ShowCoin Icon

Show Coins can be earned by participating in the Dressage competition daily. 300 Show Coins can also be bought with diamonds every day. The world leaderboard rewards in Dressage are Show Coins. Show Coins are used to train Dressage Moves to horses.

Event Points

Many of the time-limited events award "points", which can be used like currency while the event is active, to skip wait timers or purchase Event-exclusive Horses, tack or decorations.
